五香肉
毎一次做五香肉都是家婆一手包辦的,不过这一次是我親手做的,不过还是有家婆的從旁帮忙,总共做了六條. 材料~ 三層肉(200gm)切碎,馬蹄~3粒,mangkung半粒(切細),麵粉~6tbs,蛋~1粒,五香粉~1tbs,salt~適量,红萝蔔~適量,豆腐皮~1片 做法~ 把全部材料加在一起調匀,放在一片剪好的豆腐皮上,黏好,滚圓后放在已准備好的热油上,炸成金黄色,捞起沥干油分,即可享用。
