这种加了Pandan 汁的egg tart还是第一次做,好香好香的pandan味。
Ingredient(A):- Tarts
350ml - fresh milk
60gm - Castro sugar
4(medium) - egg
Mixed ingredient(A) manually, stir & purify .
Ingrediet (B) - dough
250gm - butter
60gm - icing sugar
1(medium) - egg
400gm - flour
Mix ingredient(B) into a soft dough.
Baked at 170C for 30 minutes.

Swiss Roll
想做这个swiss roll很久了,今天终于顺利完成,这个recipe, 我做了三种不一样的口味,那就是butter 加星星糖,butter 加blueberry 和fresh cream加blueberry. 不知道我二位公主喜欢那一种呢?
Receipe:- (A)
Egg york - 5 , sugar - 20gm , fresh milk - 40gm, Hong kong flour - 85gm , baking powder - 1 teaspoon , Corn oil -40gm(original 50gm)
(B)
Egg white - 5 , sugar - 30gm (original 50gm) , tartar powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
1. (A) Egg york & sugar mixed well, add in fresh milk & corn oil, lastly add in flour & baking powder.
2. (B) Egg white & tartar powder beat well, add in sugar until fluffy.
3. (2) add in (1) & mixed well, pour into the bake tin,
4. Bake in 160C for 20 minutes.
5. When cake is cool, apply the butter & bluberry on the top of the cake, then roll it, ready to served.....

Mexico Bun
这种bun还不错,有coffee 的味道,还会做第二次呢!特别喜欢汤种法,第二,三天还是软软的,再加上一杯浓浓的咖啡,真是人生一大享受。。。。
(A) High Protein flour - 50gm, hot water: 35gm
(B) High protein flour - 150gm, flour - 50gm , sugar - 40gm , salt - 1/4 tsp, milk powder - 10gm, yealt - 4gm
(c) cold water - 88gm , egg - 30gm
(d) Butter - 30gm
Topping:-
sugar - 30gm (original recipe-60gm)
butter - 60gm
egg - 1
low protein flour - 60gm
instand coffee - 1tsp
All the ingredients mixed well.
内陷-butter & sugar ( 没有放)
Baked at 150c, 20mins , another 5mins, 180c .

狗狗造型饼干
这种饼干真的很好吃,有horlick的味道,真香,还有可爱的造型哦,小朋友一定喜欢,不妨试一试!
Butter - 180gm
Horlick - 80gm
Milk powder - 25gm
Low protein flour - 200gm
Sugar - 20gm
Cornflour - 25gm
Method:-
1. Butter, horlick and sugar mixed well.
2. Add in low protain flour, milk powder and cornflour together.
3. Kneed into round balls, and decorate with coco crunch & chocolate chips.
4. Baked at 150C , 15 minutes.

Horlick - 80gm

Sugar - 20gm
Cornflour - 25gm
