Swiss Roll




想做这个swiss roll很久了,今天终于顺利完成,这个recipe, 我做了三种不一样的口味,那就是butter 加星星糖,butter 加blueberry 和fresh cream加blueberry. 不知道我二位公主喜欢那一种呢? 

Receipe:- (A)
Egg york - 5  , sugar - 20gm  , fresh milk - 40gm, Hong kong flour - 85gm , baking powder - 1 teaspoon , Corn oil -40gm(original 50gm)

(B)
Egg white - 5  , sugar - 30gm (original 50gm) , tartar powder - 1/2 teaspoon 

Method: 

1. (A) Egg york & sugar mixed well, add in fresh milk & corn oil, lastly add in flour & baking powder.

2. (B) Egg white & tartar powder beat well, add in sugar until fluffy.

3.  (2) add in (1) & mixed well, pour into the bake tin,

4.  Bake in 160C for 20 minutes.

5. When cake is cool, apply the butter & bluberry on the top of the cake, then roll it, ready to served.....
