Pandan Egg Tart

这种加了Pandan 汁的egg tart还是第一次做,好香好香的pandan味。

Ingredient(A):- Tarts 

350ml - fresh milk
60gm - Castro sugar
4(medium) - egg

Mixed ingredient(A) manually, stir & purify .

Ingrediet (B) - dough

250gm - butter
60gm - icing sugar
1(medium) - egg
400gm - flour

Mix ingredient(B) into a soft dough.

Baked at 170C for 30 minutes.
