年糕
你想吃年糕不过又怕甜的话,这个食谱一定会適合不过了,先把年糕切片,再把竽頭切薄片,然后凖備適量的麺粉加水,形成麵糊。
鍋里烧热油,把切片的年糕和竽頭重叠在一起,再沾裹麵糊,炸至金黄色即可。
